You got to love the hospital "scavenger hunts", the giggles from the nursing staff after you visit a patient's unsightly but non-life threatening wounds, what else? I don't know. I'm probably being "tested" at every turn without even knowing it.
Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
Rack it up as being a part of the feeling out process on the hospital floor.
I do empathize with the staff though. They have students of every kind rotating on their floor - residents, nurses, radiology, CNAs, you name it. Let them have their fun. Ha, ha.
